Era 122 — User Manual
Everything you need to know about using the alliance platform.
1. Getting started & verification
New members must verify their identity before they can access the alliance data:
- Create an account with the email an admin invited, or register yourself and log in.
- Open My Profile and upload a screenshot of your in-game profile. The app reads your in-game name and power automatically.
- If your name matches the roster, you are verified instantly. Otherwise an admin reviews your request.
- Once verified, all pages (Dashboard, Members, Duties, Donations, etc.) become available.
If your verification is ever out of date (for example after a roster cleanup), simply upload a new screenshot on My Profile to re-verify.
2. My Profile
This is your personal page. Here you can:
- Verify / re-verify your in-game account with a screenshot.
- Update your unit types — pick up to two specialisations (Archers, Swordsman, Pikeman, Cavalry) and your power in millions.
- Sign up for duties — join or leave open duty slots for the coming weeks.
- Submit event scores — upload a score screenshot, pick the event, check the recognised values and save.
3. Dashboard
The Dashboard is the alliance overview. It shows who is on duty this week — use the week picker to look at past or future weeks.
4. Members
The Members page shows the full roster with each member's game ID, rank (R5 = leader, R4 = leadership, R3 = coordinator), unit types and power.
- Search by name.
- Filter by unit type, and tick "show former members" to include those who left.
- Sort by rank (R5 first), power or name using the Sort dropdown.
- Click a name to open the full member profile with their history.
5. Events, Scores, Leaderboard & MGE
- Events — alliance events with start and end dates. They automatically become "completed" once the end date passes.
- Scores — event scores per member. Members can submit their own score from My Profile; admins can also enter scores here.
- Leaderboard — ranking of members based on their event scores.
- MGE — the Mighty Governor Event overview: which events count and which members are already ranked (and therefore excluded).
6. Duties & Availability
- Duties — the weekly duty schedule, organised per week (starting Monday). Roles include Trojan Horse Commander, Frontier Towers Commander, Rally Caller, Treasure House Commander and Capital Coordinator.
- Duty Board — an overview of who is assigned to which duty.
- Availability — tell leadership which days and roles you are available for, so scheduling can take it into account.
- Members can claim open duty slots themselves from My Profile.
7. Capitals
The Capitals page tracks which member administers which capital. It shows active assignments, history, and rotates every Saturday. Admins can assign, edit or swap members on a capital.
8. Overall Activity
The Overall Activity page measures each member's engagement through three things: power, event scores and duty sign-ups. Every member gets a contribution score, and you can sort by any column.
9. Admin guide
- Verification review — in Admin Management → Verification Review you see pending requests with their screenshot. Approve (optionally linking the user to an existing member record) or reject with a note.
- Users & roles — in Admin Management you can promote users to admin.
- Roster — on Members, admins can add members, upload a photo, edit or remove them, import from CSV or a game screenshot, export to CSV, and remove duplicates.
- Member profiles — from a member page, admins can add or edit duties and scores for that member.
End of manual — questions? Ask leadership in the alliance chat.
